Golf

The hotel is a Golf and Spa resort, you are welcome to book and use these facilities outside of the event at your own cost.

The Villaitana offers two golf courses (Levante and Poniente) with excellent facilities for golfers, with a golf shop and the facility to hire golf cubs. There is also a 300-metre driving range with 30 tee positions and natural grass, 2 putting greens, 2 practice bunkers and an approach area.

LEVANTE GOLF COURSE

Between the Finestrat mountains and the Mediterranean Sea lies the Levante Golf Course Par 72, offering wonderful views of the Costa Blanca. An American style course measuring over 6,576 metres with wide fairways and exquisitely shaped greens. Also known as “Championship”, this well-designed golf course has 5 different tee markings per hole. The layout of its 106 bunkers and the three large lakes that complete and decorate the course make reaching the hole challenging for both amateur and professional golfers.

PONIENTE GOLF COURSE

On the hill side of a beautiful Mediterranean pine
valley, surrounded by magnificent views of the sea and mountains, lies the Poniente Golf Course Par 62. Thecourse measures 3,858 metres and consists of ten par 3 holes and eight par 4 holes. There are no par 5 holes. Acourse with four tee markers making the shorter route anexciting round of approximately 3 and a half hours. Thecourse requires skill from short irons and is demanding for low handicap players, and there are more challenging alternatives for mid and high handicap players.

The “Executive” course, as the Poniente Golf Course is also known as, blends in perfectly with its surroundings; a typical Mediterranean ecosystem with dense vegetation and dotted with pretty streams.
