We are delighted that you will be able to join us for this first ever full European Dealer Conference to reveal Kubotas newest products and innovations for 2020 and beyond. The event will comprise of two overnight stays and one full day of conference.
The event has been designed to give you the best opportunity to interact with your Kubota colleagues and be involved in the launch of three new products and learn about new innovations that Kubota have been working on in response to your and your customers requests.

We will be updating this site as we start to build the event and share inside information with you, including first glance images of the machines. Please see the ‘updated’ page from September onwards.
There are additional facilities at the hotel which you are welcome to book at your own costs (Golf and Spa treatments). Details of these can be found on the ‘Extras’ page.
Flights: You will be required to book and pay for your own return flights. Please make sure you allow enough time based on your arrival and departure days: see itinerary for timings
The following costs will be covered by Kubota; return transfers from arrival airport (Alicante, Valencia or Murcia) to venue, food, drink and accommodation linked to the event.
Once you have booked your flights, please input the details here so we can arrange all transfers.
Departure airport transfer: You will be responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from your departure airport.
Dress code: Conference day: casual / comfortable for inside and outside schedules (steel toe cap boots are not required for guests)
Casual dinner = casual dress code
Gala Dinner = smart casual (trousers and shirt, no trainers, no tie required)
Weather: The weather in Alicante during March is typically 20 degrees with little chance of rain, however after the sun has gone down around 7pm it can get windy as it is near the coast, so please bring additional layers of clothing for the evening. Please check the weather before departure and pack accordingly.
Power points: The plus configuration Spain operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz, so please remember to bring the correct adaptors with you if required.
